Westbay’s Affordable Rental Program
purchases, rehabs, and makes properties lead safe
for homeless persons and families. The program
provides supportive services through a case manager
and links tenants to Westbay and other service
agencies. The goal of the program is to help tenants
achieve self-sufficiency and independence.
