| Westbay’s Affordable Rental Program purchases and rehabs properties, to provide safe, affordable housing, and supportive services, for homeless persons and families. A case manager links tenants to Westbay and other service agencies. The goal of the program is to help tenants achieve self-sufficiency and independence.
