| BayNet is a comprehensive early education and family support system that is funded by RI Department of Human Services and Administered by Westbay Community Action.
BayNet is free for 3 & 4 year old income-eligible children and families. Services include parent information/education, support in parenting issues and access to community resources. The BayNet team coordinates and provides services for families in a variety of disciplines including social services and mental health and a variety of support to area childcare programs, ensuring that children’s individual needs are addressed.
BayNet’s mission is to offer opportunities to children and their parents to ensure that the children are happy, healthy and prepared for kindergarten.
