Westbay Community Action’s Board of Directors is composed of members from the City of Warwick and Towns of West Warwick and East Greenwich. By Federal law, community action programs are required to have boards composed of one-third representatives of low-income individuals, one-third representatives of the community at large, and one-third representatives of local government.
