Supportive Housing
Residents of Westbay-owned rental units in Warwick, West Warwick and East Greenwich receive support services to assist them in attaining the skills to maintain independent housing.
Supportive housing is a combination of affordable housing and services that help tenants live more stable, productive lives. Case Managers meet regularly with housing residents to assist them with basic skills and support.
Warwick Case Management
Warwick residents may receive long-term support services to assist them in attaining self-sufficiency. Case managers will assess, establish a plan of care with client participation, and monitor.
This program is funded by community block grants to provide case management services for at-risk persons and families, to allow them access to needed services, and to gain the skills to maintain self-sufficiency.
Youth Success
Funded through the Rhode Island Community Action Association, Youth Success is a case management program available to pregnant or parenting teens, ages 12-20. The program supports and advocates for good health and education outcomes for the teen(s) and baby. The goal of the program is to enhance and teach skills leading to self reliance for the young parent(s).
Certified Lead Center
Under contract to the Rhode Island Department of Health, the Lead Center provides information and assessment for families with children with elevated lead levels.
