The Business Center offers programs directly to individuals. These services can act as a helpful refresher course to anyone conducting a job search, whether they are recently out of the workforce or have been for many years and need guidance on reentry. Services include:

- Worksite counseling
- Workplace literacy
- Computer training
- Job matching services

The Westbay Adult Academy provides GED, pre GED, and English-for-Speakers-of-Other-Languages (ESOL) instruction. Qualified teachers prepare students for the GED exams in a supportive classroom setting.

The Supportive/Transitional Work Program moves individuals from welfare to work. Participants are referred from the Department of Human Services Family Independence Program (FIP). Clients are assessed for strengths and deficits in employability, receive appropriate pre-employment skills training, and are placed either in temporary community service positions or in full time jobs. Each client works closely with the division’s case manager and job placement specialist. Eligibility guidelines may apply.

Community Employment Program: Westbay is contracted to the Office of Rehabilitative Services (ORS) to assess, train, and place ORS clients and potential clients in appropriate jobs.

The Working Wardrobe Clothing Collaborative provides free appropriate attire for low-income men and women entering the work force. Working Wardrobe is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4:00 PM.
