| The Intake Unit enables Westbay to perform comprehensive assessment at the point of contact with clients seeking emergency services. Those clients exhibiting multiple barriers to economic self sufficiency can then be identified and directed to short term case management. Clients needing less intervention receive appropriate referrals and follow up to Westbay programs and other service providers.
