 Westbay’s Lead Program is offering a FREE in-home lead assessment to any property owner, landlord or tenant who is concerned that their property or rental unit may contain lead paint hazards. This service is especially beneficial to homeowners and tenants with young children, and for those who are planning to renovate or remodel their homes.

The Westbay Lead Program will assist homeowners in obtaining a Certificate of Conformance, Lead Safe Certificate and funding to make their homes lead safe.
