The Residential Energy Awareness Challenge
(REACh) assists families in reducing their energy
consumption and expenses. Eligible families must
already be receiving heating assistance. The REACh
case manager conducts home visits, assessments, and
connects clients with Westbay's weatherization,
Appliance Management, and energy conservation
