| Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP): Funded through the Corporation for National and Community Service, provides volunteer opportunities for individuals age 55 and over. Volunteers are matched with opportunities that complement their personal interests and skills. Programs include:
Senior Companion Program: Income eligible volunteers over 60 receive a stipend for work with isolated, frail older adults.
Westbay Caregivers: Volunteers of any age assist homebound elders or people with disabilities.
Community Service: Volunteers provide individuals with community service needs with short term opportunities to fulfill volunteer obligations.
Transportation: Volunteers provide transportation for errands, medical appointments, shopping. Call 401-732-7870 ext 106 to request transportation.
