Westbay’s Supportive Housing Program operates 6 subsidized rental units in Warwick and West Warwick. A case manager links tenants to services at Westbay and at other agencies. The case manager meets with them regularly to help with basic skills and support. The goal of the program is to help tenants achieve independence.

Eligibility
Supportive Housing is open to individuals and families that meet HUD’s income guidelines, are disabled, and are currently homeless.
